If your design is larger than this, we can help split it into smaller parts for assembly after printing. Contact us to discuss your project!

How much does custom 3D printing cost?

The cost of custom 3D printing depends on several factors:

Size: Larger models require more PLA material and longer print times.
Complexity: More detailed or intricate designs may take longer to print.
Quantity: Bulk orders may qualify for discounts.

At Printcord, we use PLA material for all our 3D prints, which is eco-friendly and perfect for most custom designs.

To get an accurate quote, simply send us your 3D model and we’ll provide a free estimate based on your design’s specifications.

What types of materials can you print with?

At Printcord, we currently only support PLA (Polylactic Acid) material for 3D printing.

    PLA is:
Eco-friendly: Made from renewable resources like cornstarch or sugarcane.
Easy to Print: Ideal for detailed designs and reliable results.
Great for Custom Projects: Perfect for keychains, photo frames, home decor, and more.

How much will 3D Printing Cost?

It depends on 3 main factors in order of importance, Part geometry, Material & 3D printing Method. Usually we can only get the exact value when we have the 3D Cad model with us, In a nutshell FDM is least cost effective method followed by SLA (2-3 times than FDM ), SLS (2-3 times than FDM ) & DLP (3-4 times than FDM)

    What are the Leads Time?

Lead time varies with respect to 3D printing method you opt for.

For SLA – Lead time will be 1-3 days & For SLS lead time will be 3-5 days
    *Cutoff time by 3Pm

Yes we have an in-house Blue Light 3D scanner and using that we can 3D Scan it and develop a 3D cad model, later which it can be 3D printed. However, CAD modelling fee is applicable depending on the complexity of the part.
Incase if you have only a picture or an idea, please hire a 3D cad model near you and provide us with the CAD input.

Can you 3D scan a physical object for me?

Yes we have an in-house 3D scanner and using that we can 3D Scan a physical object and develop a 3D cad model in STEP / IGES / XT format

What file format do you accept?

We accept STL, STEP, IGES & XT formats. STL files are the primary 3d printing file format so that is always the best & default format.

Is there a minimum order quantity?
